I’m dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through meaningful employment. As an Employment Navigator with House of Mercy and Next Step Work Hub, I guide justice-impacted and transitioning individuals toward sustainable career paths that restore purpose and stability.
With my certification in Career Coaching from Career Directors International, I blend compassion with professional strategy—connecting people to employers who believe in second chances while aligning a jobseeker’s skills and talents with employers’ needs.
